About Northern Estates
Northern Estates (NEHA) s comprised of 550 homes located on the near northwest side of Indianapolis within the boundaries of Kenilworth Drive (north), 39th Street (south), Melbourne Road (west), and Kessler Blvd. N. Dr. (east) in Indianapolis, Indiana.

First developed in the early 1960's, the neighborhood offers a suburban lifestyle just 15 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, 12 minutes from Butler University and 8 minutes from the Indianapolis Art Museum.

Our website is designed to help visitors appreciate what makes Northern Estates a unique place to live. If you are visiting the website, please explore and come back any time you want! Check out our Neighborhood Guide for tips on restaurants and local attractions written by NEHA members. Please also check our Join Us! page from time to time for a list of upcoming events you may want to add to your calendar, including our annual 5K Run/Walk held each 4th of July weekend, our 4th of July parade, and garage sale listings. The Join Us! page also features an updated list of homes for sale in Northern Estates. Please note - you don't need to create an account if you're a visitor. You'll always have access to visitor's content when you drop by the site.
