| July 4 | Thank you to all the volunteers, participants and onlookers for a fantastic Fourth of July neighborhood parade. It was such beautiful weather and an incredible turnout from all our neighbors. Check out pictures of the parade. There were even llamas this year! |
| June 28 | Parade Monday, July 4th at 10 am. The band will practice at 9:30 at 3411 W. 46th St. Decorate your bikes, wagons, strollers, pets, yourself and join us anywhere on the route or please be a spectator and cheer as they go by! |
| April 7 | Reminder! With the warm weather comes activity. There are several joggers, walkers, cyclists, and children enjoying the neighborhood. Please be aware of possible situations as you drive through the neighborhood. Don't let an accident ruin someone's summer. - Jason Settles, concerned homeowner. |

Today Miller Pipeline Inc., working for Citizens Gas, began
installing new gas pipe on Melbourne Road East Drive just
south of Manning Road. Replacement will continue south and
west in the southern part of Northern Estates. Steve Queener has a map if
you need details. This is occurring because of the age of pipe in
this area (placed in 1955); new pipe will be complete before
